Established in 1998. Our company possesses three production lines for production of various seamless gas cylinders. The annual production and sale for gas cylinders of below 20L for 600 thousand pieces, accounting for 90% domestic share in small size gas cylinder market. The recently set up new production line for 0.4L-80L emergency respirator, colliery escape capsule and refuge chamber has the annual production of 700 thousand pieces of cylinders. By the year 2013, the total specifications we do ascent to 109 types to meet different customers' requirement.
Our major products are oxygen cylinder, nitrogen cylinder, carbon dioxide cylinder, argon cylinder, other industrial cylinder, medical oxygen supply unit, etc., with wide application for fields of medical apparatus and instruments, engineering machinery, colliery rescue, gas industry, welding-cutting machinery, and chemical industry. Our cryogenic vessels production line mainly produce cryogenic liquid storage tanks, welding insulation cylinders, cryogenic reaction device, cryogenic tanks, cryogenic ISO tank container and air temperature vaporizer.
So far our products are enjoying good markets at home and exporting to European and American countries, the Middle East countries, West Asia, as well as South and East Asia countries.

Industrial gas poumps are mainly used for air separation products:filling of liquid oxygen,liquid nitrogen,liquid argon,liquid carbon dioxide,air supply systems.The units are mainly single row,double row and three-row reciprocating pumps.Refer to each parameter table for specific paraments. Its flow is 30-5000 L/h and its maximum exit pressure is 35.0MPa.An electromagnetic adjustable speed motor,or a fixed rotating speed motor,or a variable frequency and variable speed motor ,or an explosion proof motor or an explosion proof variable frequency motor can be equipped as per actual requirements. |

Intructions for installing units |

1,The pump inlet shall be close to the storage tank to the greatest extent; |
|
|
|
|
2,From the pump to the storage tank,the liquid inlet and air return pipeline shall be kept upward sloping to make the air inside the pipeline return to the storage tank.Reverse "U-shaped"elbows are prohibited in the liquid inlet pipeline,and "U-shaped"elbows are prohibited in the air return pipeline; |

3,Ball valves or brake valves shall be used for the liquid inlet pipeline ande the air return pipeline.Stop valves shall not be used.Elbows shall be reduced to reduce pipeline resistance; |
|
|
|
|
4,Thermal insulation shall be performed for the liquid inlet pipeline and the air return pipeline; |
|
|
|
|
5,In order to keep the safety of the unit or auxiliary pipelines and facilitate operation,a liquid otlet/air outlet pressure interlocking device with automatic control can be equipped; |
|
|
|
|
6,After the reciprocating pump is operated for 600 hours,the motor dierction can be changed to make the transmssion case rotate in a reversed direction so as to enhance the service life of teh reansmission case. |

Inspection and Testing Equipment
Transmission case running-in test:
The objective is to make the transmission case sliding bearing pass the run-in period so as to guarantee the steady operation of units.
Hydraulic pressure running-in test:
The objective is to perform running-in operation with load to the transmission case; in the meantime, a hydraulic test is performed to the pump head to inspect the pump head leakage and the quality of all weld joints.
Transmission case running-in test:
The objective of the delivery test of reciprocating pump unit is to completely assess the all performance indexes of the unit.
Centrifugal pump performance test:
The objective of liquid nitrogen cryogenic performance is to assess the all performance indexes of each centrifugalpump unit.
Immersed pump performance test:
The objective of liquid nitrogen cryogenic performance is to assess the all performance indexes of each immersed pump unit.
