Inspection and Testing Equipment
Transmission case running-in test:
The objective is to make the transmission case sliding bearing pass the run-in period so as to guarantee the steady operation of units.
Hydraulic pressure running-in test:
The objective is to perform running-in operation with load to the transmission case; in the meantime, a hydraulic test is performed to the pump head to inspect the pump head leakage and the quality of all weld joints.
Transmission case running-in test:
The objective of the delivery test of reciprocating pump unit is to completely assess the all performance indexes of the unit.
Centrifugal pump performance test:
The objective of liquid nitrogen cryogenic performance is to assess the all performance indexes of each centrifugalpump unit.
Immersed pump performance test:
The objective of liquid nitrogen cryogenic performance is to assess the all performance indexes of each immersed pump unit.
