580g nitrous oxide gas filling machine, 0.95L N2O gas cylinder filling equipment.
1, Filling part: the gas flooding filling system uses compressed air as the power source to drive the transmission and filling of nitrous oxide. When the conveying weight reaches a certain value, the signal is transmitted to the driving air source solenoid valve through the sensor. The air source is closed and the system stops working. Connect the air source, reduce the pressure valve to the required pressure, observe the pressure gauge on the equipment, when the cylinder pressure reaches *** pressure, close the high pressure valve, charging completed. This system has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation, convenient maintenance, easy to use, easy to use and so on. The whole filling process is controlled by computer.
2, Tooling Part: 1. Place the gas cylinder: put the gas cylinder into the vibration plate first, and the gas cylinder reaches the predetermined position first, then move the fixture to the gas cylinder position by the left and right cylinders, and then go to the gas cylinder position by the lifting cylinder, tighten the gas cylinder, and then place the gas cylinder on the fixed station of the predetermined mobile turntable.
3, In a similar way to the gas cylinder, the cap of the gas bottle is placed in the vibration plate, and the inner cap is placed in the mouth of the gas cylinder through the movement of the cylinder.

6, Weighing test: when the gas cylinder reaches the weighing station, the gas cylinder is taken out, weighed on the electronic scale, and then pushed into the unloading port by the cylinder. If the test is qualified, the qualified cylinder will open the port and the gas cylinder will fall into the qualified box. If it is not qualified, the unqualified cylinder will be opened and the gas cylinder will fall into the unqualified box.
