For medical use, it is a Surgical anaesthetic, widely used at hospital or clinic . For food grade use, It is an excellent food preservative, non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free, the milk dissolved can keep fresh for a long time without refrigeration, so it is widely used at coffee shop.
